OPTSTRUCTION Constructability Reviews
Using his experience as a contractor and technical builder, David and his team performs detailed reviews of project design documents both in 2D and 3D.
Services can be customized to meet the specific needs of individual projects budgets, time constraints, and overall risk profile. Scope of services can include full virtual 3D construction from 2D design documents to summary limited scope reviews to assess for major issues or anything in between. These reviews help identify and mitigate potential conflicts to make sure that the project can be efficiently built and that all design disciplines are well coordinated.
Owners Representative and Development Program Management
Our owner representation services can provide support from inception though completion of your project. David can manage the planning, design, and construction in addition to assisting with designer/consultant/contractor selection and oversight.
